Join us and grow with a company that invests in you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist lead plumbers and irrigation technicians with pipe installations and fittingsCarry tools and materials to and from job sites and work areasPerform trenching, digging, backfilling, and site clean-up dutiesUse basic hand and power tools safely and effectivelyLearn to read blueprints, layouts, and follow installation plansSupport setup and maintenance of work equipment (trenchers, mini-excavators, etc.)Maintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow all company safety protocols and wear proper PPEQualificationsSome knowledge of pipe fitting or irrigation/plumbing systems preferredFamiliarity with basic hand tools and mechanical workAbility to follow instructions and learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual, and team-orientedPhysically capable of lifting, digging, bending, and standing for extended periodsValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredPreferred SkillsPrevious experience in landscaping, plumbing, or irrigation a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWillingness to pursue training or certifications (OSHA, manufacturer-led)BenefitsCompensation Perks: Weekly pay cycle, seasonal bonusesCareer Development: Paid safety and technical training, opportunity for certificationsHealth & Wellness: Medical insurance optionsWork-Life Balance: Paid holidays, vacation, and sick timeTools & Tech: Smartphone or tablet provided for field useWork ScheduleFull-Time: Monday-FridayShift Hours: Standard daytime hours with some flexibility depending on project needsWork LocationBased out of our office in San Antonio, TXProjects are located primarily north of the I-10 / 410 loop - no overnight travel requiredEqual Employment Opportunity StatementWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
