You'll work closely with experienced technicians, receive on-the-job training, and assist in completing high-quality installations that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Assist lead plumbers and irrigation technicians with pipe installations and fittings Carry tools and materials to and from job sites and work areas Perform trenching, digging, backfilling, and site clean-up duties Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Learn to read blueprints, layouts, and follow installation plans Support setup and maintenance of work equipment (trenchers, mini-excavators, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety protocols and wear proper PPE Qualifications Some knowledge of pipe fitting or irrigation/plumbing systems preferred Familiarity with basic hand tools and mechanical work Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Physically capable of lifting, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Preferred Skills Previous experience in landscaping, plumbing, or irrigation a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Willingness to pursue training or certifications (OSHA, manufacturer-led) Benefits Compensation Perks: Weekly pay cycle, seasonal bonuses Career Development: Paid safety and technical training, opportunity for certifications Health & Wellness: Medical insurance options Work-Life Balance: Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Tools & Tech: Smartphone or tablet provided for field use Work Schedule Full-Time: Monday-Friday Shift Hours: Standard daytime hours with some flexibility depending on project needs Work Location Based out of our office in San Antonio, TX Projects are located primarily north of the I-10 / 410 loop - no overnight travel required Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
