Join our team todayWhat We OfferPay range: $16-20 with sales bonusesAnnual performance bonusMonthly Bonus PotentialFull-Time positions available, including Saturday'sShifts will fall between 7am-7pm, totaling 40 hours per weekEarned PTO401KPaid trainingCareer advancement opportunitiesResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiriesRecommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specificationsInput information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule movesAchieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goalsObtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concernsPrepare move-related paperwork and documentsUtilize your sales expertise to secure critical salesContinually maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and effectively oppose any customer objectionsAll other duties as assignedRequirementsMust be local and willing to commute to the Highland Park officeHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredExcellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)Exceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to analyze and solve problems effectivelyAccurate; consistent attention to detailComfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phoneDemonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the saleStrong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalitiesBasic computer/keyboarding skillsDemonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core ValuesMust be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background checkThis job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Highland Park, Illinois.
