We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative and BDC Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Spanish and English. The candidate will play a role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires communication skills and a passion to make money.

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide a comfortable environment.
  • Maintain an organized office space.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Generate appointments, follow up with leads, and maintain CRM

Qualifications

  • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable (Spanish and English).
  • Skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
