Airline Account Manager For Prestigious International Airline in EWR Airport

Hallmark Aviation is seeking a professional Airline Account Manager for a Prestigious International Airline for our Newark, NJ (EWR) Location.The Business Manager leads the airline operational and administrative processes while coordinating with the airline client/station manager to meet high quality standards.DEPARTMENT: Newark, NJ (EWR)REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED:Proven LEADERSHIP abilities and ORGANIZATIONAL skillsExcellent interpersonal, coaching and counseling skillsUnderstand that staff development is a leader's responsibilitySelf-driven focus on Customer and Client satisfactionAbility to excel under pressure of meeting extreme deadlinesAble to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingExperienced in planning a roster and monitoring work schedulesAble to solve daily problems and make quick decisions within the operation5 Yrs Airline Experience preferred: Minimum 4 yrs Airline Supervisor Experience preferredFlexible and able to promote positive attitudes from subordinatesComputer Software (Word & Excel), typing, and ticketing experienceAble to work varied hoursSPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:Provide hands-on supervision of the staff and delegate workloadProvide direct customer relations supportEnsure that account operates according to schedule and service level agreementsRecruit, interview, and hire staffOversee the long-term analysis of manpower needs, groom potential leadersEnsure cross training as well as provide new and refresher training for staff membersManage attendance records and ensure appropriate shift coverageHandle discipline and motivation issuesProcess promotion, demotion and termination paperworkEnforce safety, security, and grooming standardsAdminister performance reward programsControl the budget for labor costs and allocationEssential Requirements:PREVIOUS AIRLINE EXPERIENCEAt least 18yrs old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.English requiredBasic Math Skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and MultiplyingComputer LiterateAble to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 70lbsReading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & proceduresValid US work authorizationProfessional demeanor and exceptional presentationFlexible schedule & availabilityBackground Check, Fingerprinting requiredDrug Screen required on day of hireRequired Skills.Required Experience.
