Airline Customer Service Supervisor in Newark Airport

Hallmark Aviation is seeking a professional Airline Supervisor for a Prestigious airline. The Airline Supervisor assists the Airline Account Manager with the airline operational and administrative processes while coordinating with the airline client/station manager to meet high quality standards.DEPARTMENT: Newark, NJ (EWR)Required SkillsREQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED:Excellent LEADERSHIP abilitiesExcellent ORGANIZATIONAL skillsExcellent focus on Customer and Client satisfactionExcellent Critical Thinking Ability and Analytical SkillsMinimum 18 Months Airline operational Experience preferredMinimum of Very Good rating on most recent evaluationAble to work under pressure of meeting extreme deadlinesAble to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingAble to solve daily problems and make quick decisions within the operation(DBC, delays, cancellations, etc.)* Thorough knowledge of Airport Operations(arrivals, departures, ticket counter)Good Knowledge of Airline ReservationsMust be flexible and able to promote positive attitudes from subordinatesComputer Software (Word & Excel), typing, and ticketing experienceOccasional lifting of up to 70 lbs.Basic RequirementsAt least 18yrs old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.English proficient, other languages may be requiredBasic Math Skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and MultiplyingAble to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 70lbsReading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & proceduresCONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
