As an Account Manager at Catalyst Partners, you will serve as both a relationship manager and business development partner for assigned clients. You'll manage accounts end-to-end, ensuring operational excellence while also identifying growth opportunities that increase revenue and strengthen partnerships. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a bootstrapped, resource-conscious environment, yet can confidently handle multi-million-dollar accounts and revenue growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client accounts generating up to $6M in annual revenue, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth. Act as the primary point of contact for clients managing onboarding, ongoing communication, and execution of deliverables. Coordinate across internal teams (finance, ops, marketing, investments) to deliver solutions aligned with client goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, providing strategic guidance where needed. Partner with leadership on business development initiatives sourcing new opportunities, pitching services, and expanding existing accounts. Track KPIs, prepare account performance reports, and present insights to clients and leadership. Work in a lean, agile way balancing hands-on execution with high-level client strategy.
