Job DescriptionWelcomes guests upon arrival and assists in creating a memorable tasting experienceResponds promptly and appropriately to guest requests, communicating needs to Wine Guides or Managers as necessaryAccommodates special requests and ensures a seamless flow of service throughoutClears tables after guests leave, transporting glassware, silverware, and dishes to appropriate areas for washingResets and arranges tabletops and ensures floors and seating areas are clean and tidyInspects restrooms regularly and maintains cleanliness and restocking standardsAssists with pre- and post-shift setup and cleanup to maintain operational readinessRestocks wine, merchandise, and collateral materials as neededSupports Wine Guides with timely replenishment of table supplies and service itemsQualifications:QualificationsPrevious experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not requiredFlexible schedule including weekends and holidaysProfessional appearance and demeanorStrong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility and adaptability to changing priorities with a positive attitudeAbility to communicate effectively with guests and team members from diverse backgroundsInterest in customer service and wine, with a willingness to learn and growMust be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to speak, read, write, and understand EnglishPay Rate: $17.00 per hour, plus tips.
