SIRENA VINEYARD RESORT & WINERY is seeking Full and Part-Time Sales Associates for our Tasting Room. We are looking for special people who love hospitality and talking with people as much as they love serving wine & spirits The ideal candidate will thrive in a fun, collaborative team environment. You will deepen your understanding of wine and the wine industry while working with our wine and spirit team.

The person in this role must be enthusiastic and show a passion for people and for wine by providing memorable customer experiences. Join us at this unique and special winery located on one of the most stunningly beautiful vineyards in Paso Robles - just minutes from downtown

Pay range is from $19-$22/hr before tips.

Weekend availability is required for this position. We are looking for both full time and part time team members.

You will…

  • Spend most of your time talking with customers about our wines and products while you serve them samples
  • Use down time to keep the tasting room and patio clean
  • Be off in time to go out with friends or watch your favorite TV (closing time is between 5pm and 6pm each day)

A few details you should know…

  • Weekend shifts are required.
  • We'll teach you all about our story including our wines & 'll need to know this stuff so you can talk to your customers about it.
  • You will need to be reliable and have a job history that proves it. That means showing up for work every day, on time, ready to go, ready to have fun with a great attitude.
  • You should be able to lift 35-40 lbs (a case of wine)
  • You should be able to stand on your feet for a full shift when busy (can't take care of customers sitting down)
  • You need to be willing to keep the tasting room clean and beautiful when there are no customers

  • You can expect to make approximately $19-$22 per hour (and much more if you are really good at sales). This total compensation is made up of...
  • Hourly base of $19-$22 per hour based on experience.
