San Antonio Winery is seeking enthusiastic, team-oriented Tasting Room Attendants to join our hospitality team in Paso Robles. We are hiring for both full-time (4–5 days/week) and part-time (weekends, especially Saturdays) positions.

We're looking for charismatic individuals who are passionate about wine and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong people skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21+
  • Customer service and retail experience preferred
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Interest or experience in wine/hospitality
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide guided wine tastings
  • Share winery history and winemaking details
  • Drive sales through wine and wine club promotions
  • Operate POS system and handle transactions
  • Assist with restocking, glassware polishing, and setup/breakdown
  • Support special events and tours as needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Compensation: $18–$20/hour + tips + wine club commissions (benefits + 401(k) + profit sharing available to full-time employees)

Schedule:

  • Full-time: 4–5 days/week, including weekends
  • Part-time: Fri-Monday
