We are partnered with a digital transformation consultancy that is looking for a talented AI Strategist. This is a full-time and fully on-site position in their NYC office. Job DescriptionOur agency is seeking a hands-on Generative AI Evangelist to join our newly launched design studio in New York City. This role is at the intersection of creativity, technology, and strategy, bringing together AI, design thinking, and marketing innovation to redefine how brands engage with customers.You will be responsible for architecting AI-native creative processes, leading design-led workshops, and prototyping innovative solutions that leverage Generative AI to transform marketing and experience. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including designers, developers, strategists, business leaders, and both internal and external clients—to conceive, design, and implement AI-native workflows and experiences. Your work will help transform studio and operations and support clients in reimagining how they work.This is a client-facing, hands-on role that requires both technical acumen and creative leadership. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing AI architecture and conducting a design thinking workshop with CMOs, creative directors, and tech/innovation leads.• Be a foundational member of our flagship AI Design Studio in New York.• Engage with global brands and senior client leaders across industries to reimagine customer engagement through AI.• Access to AI and partner ecosystem, tools, and research network to build and scale innovative prototypes.• Collaborate with a world-class interdisciplinary team spanning design, engineering, and business strategy.• Shape the future of AI-powered creativity and design within one of the world's largest digital and consulting organizations.Qualifications: 7–12 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital experience design, ideally within creative agencies or innovation studios.Proven hands-on expertise in applying Generative AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Audio / Video generation tools and APIs, etc.) to marketing and creative use cases and workflows.Strong understanding of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and agentic design for creative and marketing contexts.Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams—designers, developers, and strategists—in developing AI-driven prototypes and solutions.Familiarity with design thinking, creative strategy, and rapid prototyping methodologies.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executive and client audiences.Based full-time in New York City and willing to work onsite at our Interactive Design Studio.Nice-to-Have QualificationsExposure to one or more industries such as BFSI, Retail & Consumer, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.Experience building or integrating AI-native workflows in marketing or product design pipelines.Working knowledge of web, mobile, or immersive experiences.Experience with AI model fine-tuning, orchestration, or agent frameworks.Thought leadership or published viewpoints on Generative AI in marketing and creative industries.Prior experience organizing or facilitating multi-day design sprints or innovation workshops.Designing and Managing end-to-end MSM Sites. Strong on Dispatcher configuration, Workflows, Headless and latest features.Working with Adobe AMS or Cloud service environmentsGood Experience in AEM Application Design Documentations.Technically Lead Front-End and Back-End Technology team of AEM ProjectsOnsite and Offshore team coordination
