We're looking for an Apprentice Field Service Technician to join our team and grow into a skilled, full-time technician role. This position provides hands-on training and experience in maintaining and installing bakery equipment for retail and wholesale bakeries.The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, customer-service oriented, and capable of working independently once trained.Essential Job Functions: Replace bearings, gears, and electrical parts Understand and assist with troubleshooting electrical systems Deliver excellent customer service during on-site visits Safely operate power tools and machinery Work independently and demonstrate self-motivation Read and interpret schematics and diagrams Communicate effectively with management and team members Maintain attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods Work overtime as needed Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Current Utah driver's license with a clean record (no DUI convictions) Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (drug free workplace) Must pass E-Verify employment authorization Physical Requirements: Work performed in shop and field environments Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 60 lbs Required Equipment: Safety shoes Safety glasses Gloves Mechanic tools
