We're a well-established, family-oriented heavy equipment dealership seeking a Shop Foreman / Lead Technician who knows how to get the job done right.If you take pride in turning wrenches, leading a crew, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you.What You'll DoLead and support a team of shop techniciansSchedule and coordinate repair jobs with the Service ManagerDiagnose and repair heavy equipment systems (engines, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical)Oversee maintenance and repair schedules for customers and rental fleet equipmentEnsure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to high standardsWhat We're Looking For10+ years in heavy equipment or diesel repair (minimum 5 years hands-on)4+ years of leadership or foreman experience in a shop environmentStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsMust have own toolsAbility to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematicsProficiency with laptop diagnostics and service softwareTeam leader with a "no task beneath me" attitudeValid driver's licenseAbility to lift 50+ lbsField or road service experience is a plusEquipment You'll Work OnExcavators, wheel loaders, drills, crushing plants, articulating trucks, hydraulic breakers, and road wideners - including brands like Link-Belt, Hitachi, Sandvik, and Anaconda.Why Join UsAt Contractors Sales, you're not just a number - you're part of a team that takes pride in what we build and repair.
