They're valued right down to the core of the business and what we do.Compensation & Rewards: Hourly Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour $1,500 Signing Bonus for 2+ years experience Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses - up to $1,500 quarterly Training Bonuses - up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training Annual Performance Reviews - with Annual Wage Increase Opportunities Premium Health & Welfare Insurance Benefits 401(k) Employer Matching Program What you'll do: Gain hands-on experience with advanced diagnostic tools and technologies, building expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving across a wide range of equipment Perform safety inspections, preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace What you bring: 3+ years' experience working in a mechanic / technician role Ambition to expand your skills and experience Experienced with hydraulic and/or electrical work Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check Mus have valid driver's license with clean driving record Additional Benefits: Tool Allowance Safety Eyewear & Boot Allowance Ongoing safety training and a certified Employment Equity workplace "At my 12 years working in this company I have never stopped learning something new.
