Here's your chance to thrive in a rewarding environment at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center Location: Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215 Compensation: $26.10 - $39.15 per hour Schedule: Full-time evening shift (8 or 10-hour shifts) with a rotation of on-call duties. Prepare instruments and equipment for surgical procedures following aseptic techniques. Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, observing conditions, and ensuring patient care standards. Participate in patient transport and positioning while applying proper lifting techniques. Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 6 months. No prior experience required; bring your willingness to learn Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment. Required to navigate various equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
