Schedule:

Full-time, evening shift, with either 8 or 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. The role includes on-call duties, primarily overnight and on weekends within an 8-week scheduling window.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain a sterile field, ensuring the environmental safety and efficiency of the operating room.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques for surgical procedures, including setting up and passing instruments, and supporting the surgical team.
  • Transport patients and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with patient positioning and provide support to surgeons as needed.
  • Maintain specialty carts and keep equipment in working order.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required within six months.
  • No previous experience required—your passion for patient care is what matters

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry various weights and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and perform manual tasks safely.
  • Exposure to potential hazards such as chemicals and blood is expected.
