The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, and sales, with a focus on the architecture and design industry.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs and proposals- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders- Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials and proposals- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goalsRequirements:- 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion- Strong knowledge of the architecture and design industry- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
