In this role, you will identify project opportunities, develop tailored HVAC and mechanical system proposals, and drive growth across a dynamic portfolio.Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives. Identify and pursue new construction and retrofit project opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors. Conduct prospecting activities including cold calls, site visits, and client presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. Understand and communicate the technical aspects of HVAC systems and mechanical construction projects. Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to develop tailored project solutions. Prepare and present detailed project proposals, cost estimates, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project pipeline in CRM system. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
