We're looking for a
driven, energetic Sales Representative
to join one of the
West Coast's most recognized cannabis brands
. If you're passionate about cannabis, skilled at building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, expanding industry, this is your opportunity to take your sales career to the next level.

As a Sales Representative, you'll manage key retail accounts, grow new business, and represent trusted products that customers already know and love. You'll have the independence to manage your territory and the support of a collaborative team focused on your success.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners across Oregon.
  • Present, promote, and sell products with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Visit accounts regularly to review sales data, track inventory, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Resolve customer questions quickly and provide exceptional service.
  • Use CRM tools to manage accounts and report sales activity.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive growth strategies.
  • Stay informed about Oregon market trends, regulations, and competition.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (cannabis, beverage, or CPG preferred).
  • Knowledge of the Oregon cannabis market and retail operations is a plus.
  • Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
    or the ability to obtain one before starting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling regularly.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
