Oversee daily call center operations and ensure effective appointment scheduling for our sales team. Confirm customer appointments and uphold scheduling accuracy. Manage both inbound and outbound call transactions efficiently. Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times. Monitor performance metrics to meet and exceed goals, quotas, and KPIs. Collaborate closely with sales and operations to optimize results. What You Bring: Proven experience in managing a call center or customer service team.
