You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients while working alongside a 24/7 on-site heart-care team. Position Details: Job ID: R Shift: 2nd Full-time, 40 hours per week Pay Range: $26.10 - $39.15 Location: Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215 What We Offer: $10,000 SIGN-ON Bonus Eligible with distance-based relocation available $2,000 SIGN-ON Bonus Eligible for PM Shifts Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. Assist with various procedures, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and instruments. Support surgeons and operating room staff by anticipating their needs and maintaining a clear communication stream. Transport patients and equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required within 6 months. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and excellent customer service skills. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, and transport patients and equipment while withstanding a fast-paced environment.
