Position Overview:
As a Surgical Technologist I, you will play a vital role in maintaining a sterile environment while assisting the surgical team in delivering safe, effective care to our patients. This is a full-time position with evening shifts that offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
You will perform essential tasks to ensure the operating room is efficient and conducive to optimal patient care:

  • Prepare for surgical procedures by organizing materials and maintaining aseptic techniques
  • Set up operating rooms and equipment for various procedures
  • Assist the surgical team as a second assistant when necessary
  • Maintain supply carts and ensure all essential equipment is available and functional
  • Transport patients and assist with their positioning during surgeries
  • Keep the operating room clean, safe, and efficient at all times
  • Exercise strong communication skills to notify staff of any equipment or supply issues

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 6 months
  • No prior experience is necessary—new graduates are welcome

Physical Requirements:
This role involves lifting, pushing, and performing various physical tasks, requiring strength and stamina in a fast-paced environment.
