We are currently seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our expanding team and make a meaningful impact. We welcome remote candidates to apply. All applicants must hold a valid license in Texas or be willing to obtain one. We cover TX licensing fees after your start date. Please note that we are only accepting applications from BCBA certified individuals in good standing with the BACB. Why Work with Hidden Talents ABA? Your Responsibilities Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments Develop and maintain individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Supervise RBTs and facilitate monthly mentoring meetings Partner with caregivers to provide training and support Participate in monthly BCBA Forums to foster high-quality clinical care Ensure timely and professional completion of all required documentation What We Require Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Licensed or willing to become licensed in Texas Experience with developing and implementing behavior-analytic treatment programs Valid driver's license Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory About Us At Hidden Talents ABA, we are dedicated to empowering the individuals we serve through compassionate, evidence-based care.
