Our flexible model supports your ideal work-life balance while empowering you to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to create individualized treatment plans Provide telehealth-based ABA therapy using evidence-based strategies Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to drive clinical decision-making Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment delivery Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Requirements Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required) Active LBA in Texas, New Jersey, Georgia (if not, we'll help you obtain one) Strong foundation in ABA principles and best practices Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities Proficient in data collection, analysis, and treatment adjustments Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset Schedule Options Fully remote Choose your own hours full-time or part-time Flexible caseload options available
