Our flexible model supports your ideal work-life balance while empowering you to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments to create individualized treatment plansProvide telehealth-based ABA therapy using evidence-based strategiesCollect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to drive clinical decision-makingCollaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment deliveryMaintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standardsRequirementsActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)Active LBA in Texas, New Jersey, Georgia (if not, we'll help you obtain one)Strong foundation in ABA principles and best practicesExperience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilitiesProficient in data collection, analysis, and treatment adjustmentsExcellent communication skills and collaborative mindsetSchedule OptionsFully remoteChoose your own hours – full-time or part-timeFlexible caseload options available
