Responsibilities: • Understand and address clients' individual needs by providing tailored advice and support. • Quickly establish strong connections and rapport with customers. • Provide in-depth market analysis, including comparisons, current listings, and expired listings. • Develop expertise in new construction sales processes and strategies in the real estate industry. • Ensure clients are well-informed about all aspects of the home-buying or selling process. • Engage in continuous learning and seek growth opportunities within the real estate sector. • Attend team meetings and training sessions to embrace innovative sales practices and methods.
