It's very common for newly affiliated real estate sales agents to have multiple transactions in their first weeks/months. Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales Conduct open houses to promote agency listings Oversee the entire process from creating documents to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Create a personal marketing plan to attract prospective clients and promote new business Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and trends A successful and proven sales history is preferred Show good organizational and time management skills Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License Minimum 1 year of residential real estate sales experience preferred Willingness to host multiple open houses on weekends and work a flexible, full schedule Reliable transportation and availability to serve clients throughout Greater Houston Maintain availability 7 days a week when needed to serve clients promptly and professionally Not a part-time opportunity — this is for full-time, committed professionals only Be prepared to upload your past sales history and share your Instagram and other professional social media links with your application The Kinne Group has lived in the Houston area for over 43 years and has been selling Houston area real estate for 22 years.
