The Nashville, Tennessee, office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their expanding (defense litigation practice group(s)). This is an opportunity to join a growing team and office, learn from experienced litigators, participate in case strategy and development, and both interact with and develop firm clients. Candidates for this position must have 3-5 years of solid defense litigation experience. Prior experience in insurance defense is essential. Candidates must be active members in good standing of the Nashville Bar.
