If you're looking for a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and advancement, and an environment that promotes work-life balance, don't hesitate to apply todayResponsibilities: Provide independent case support.Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys.Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses.Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and oversee junior attorneys.Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents.Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions.Prepare for and defend depositions of witnesses.Participate in court hearings and mediations.Supervise junior attorneys and paralegal staff in trial and arbitration preparations.Deliver exceptional service to all clients. Qualifications: Licensed in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar.Two or more years of civil litigation experience.Ability to work independently while managing a heavy caseload.Strong research and writing skills.Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence.Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail.Strong communication and time management skills.
