Salary: Commensurate with experience per year Responsibilities Represent clients in complex healthcare litigation cases with minimal supervision. Draft, review, and manage the filing of pleadings, briefs, and motions. Handle all aspects of the discovery process, ensuring timely and strategic responses. Prepare for and contribute to depositions, advocating effectively for our clients. Advise healthcare entities on a broad spectrum of legal issues, including compliance and risk management. Collaborate with a national team to develop and implement litigation strategies that align with clients’ goals. Minimum Position Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputed law school. Active bar admission in Tennessee. At least 2 years of experience in complex litigation, healthcare litigation preferred. Strong legal writing skills with experience drafting various legal documents. Proven capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in managed care and reimbursement disputes. Background in medical malpractice and medical staffing legal issues. Experience representing large hospitals or healthcare systems in litigation. Skills Superb research and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
