Their products support essential industries such as grocery, food processing, cold storage, pharmaceuticals, and specialty facilities that rely on advanced temperature-controlled systems.With multiple facilities across the Midwest, the organization continues to grow by combining innovative engineering, dependable manufacturing practices, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.The Electrical Engineer will support a high-mix, custom manufacturing operation focused on specialized refrigeration equipment. This role blends hands-on engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and technical problem-solving. You will design and support electrical systems that power and control commercial and industrial refrigeration products, working closely with manufacturing, product management, and field service teams.Key Responsibilities• Design electrical control systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of material• Specify components for refrigeration equipment, power distribution systems, and control architecture• Develop clear documentation and installation/operation instructions for technicians and end users• Analyze customer requirements, technical specifications, and application data to determine project feasibility• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer teams to align on performance expectations and system capabilities• Work directly with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, accurate, and compliant with project specifications• Generate and maintain engineering drawings using electrical CAD tools• Support industry compliance and safety standards, including UL, ETL, and applicable electrical codes• Provide troubleshooting support for field service teams and assist in resolving technical issuesRequired Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience within a manufacturing or product-based environment xhmxlyz • Experience with control panel design, schematic development, ladder logic, and system testing• Knowledge of electrical power distribution fundamentals• Familiarity with variable-frequency drives and motor control a strong plus• Experience with electrical CAD systems or SolidWorks Electrical preferred• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP platforms Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Your Right to Work - In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
