Principal Electrical EngineerAre you a seasoned electrical engineer with a passion for leading innovative product development? Join our dynamic team as a Principal Electrical Engineer, where you'll drive the hardware design and development of cutting-edge sensing and communication technologies from concept to launch.What You'll DoAs a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will:Lead hardware strategy, architecture, and planning for new and existing products.Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams in new product development and sustaining engineering.Design and develop PCBA-based hardware for products using optical, electrochemical, and wireless/wired communication technologies.Collaborate with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware/firmware integration.Conduct schematic capture, PCB layout, simulation, and risk analysis (e.g., DFMEA).Support verification, validation, and root cause analysis for product quality.Drive Agile hardware development processes and contribute to roadmap planning.What You BringRequired:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in PCBA design.Strong experience with microcontrollers (MCUs).Preferred:Expertise in analog circuit design.Embedded programming experience.Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT).Proven track record of leading hardware development from concept to launch.Familiarity with regulated industries (medical, automotive, industrial safety).Agile development experience and strong documentation skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.Why Join Us?Work on innovative, life-impacting technologies.Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team.Enjoy a culture that values technical excellence, continuous improvement, and work-life balance.Ready to lead the future of hardware innovation?
