The ideal candidate enjoys a collaborative environment, takes ownership of client relationships, and thrives in a deal-driven practice. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and development documents Structure and manage complex real estate and corporate transactions Advise clients on entity formation, financing, and regulatory matters Conduct due diligence and coordinate closings with lenders, title companies, and counterparties Work closely with firm partners and clients to ensure smooth execution from start to finish Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas 4-10 years of real estate transactional experience (commercial focus preferred) Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
