Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Compliance Coordinator Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between internal Product and Compliance teams and third-party testing laboratories. This role is critical in ensuring all product testing requirements are met accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for all product testing needs. Manage the full lifecycle of sample submissions, from initiation to completion. Monitor testing progress and proactively follow up to ensure timely results. Maintain organized documentation of all test submissions and outcomes. Facilitate clear and accurate communication between testing labs, suppliers, and internal teams. Stay informed on compliance requirements and anticipate changes to maintain alignment. Troubleshoot issues and resolve delays or discrepancies promptly. Support internal teams with compliance-related inquiries and updates. Core Competencies Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in documentation and communication. Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and proactive in all interactions. Organizational Skills: Manages multiple timelines and priorities effectively. Problem-Solver: Identifies issues early and implements solutions quickly. Adaptability: Responds well to changing requirements and deadlines. Proactive Follow-Through: Maintains consistent progress updates and accountability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in compliance, product management, or related field. 2+ years of experience in product testing coordination, compliance, or supply chain preferred. Familiarity with retailer compliance standards and third-party testing processes is a plus.
