Job Overview:We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our winning sales team. The RSM will report to the Senior Director of Sales and is responsible for the overall development of volume, revenue, share and team capabilities within the assigned geographic area with strategic bottler partners that have a multi branch footprint including CSD and premium still business. The Regional Sales Manager will drive the business strategy and disciplines required to manage an effective coverage program supporting the KDP and bottler partnership(s) while operating within assigned budgets and compliance disciplines. The RSM will work to optimize existing relationships with the customer(s) to achieve sales and profit targets for key accounts and business channels across multiple markets with complex retailer matrixes. This role will also be accountable for developing and implementing pricing agreements (as applicable), promotion, and marketing strategies for the various regions/divisions. The is a remote position but the ideal candidate must be based in Charlotte, NC area. Responsibilities: Develop and influence relationships and execution with Sales, Operations, Retail and Marketing functionsAbility to analyze syndicated data and other internal selling tools to create insights and action for our Bottling partnersBuild, sell, and manage account strategies and plans with selling partners for key accounts and business channelsBuild relationships with distributor supply chain and ordering leads to influence product supply and ordersBuilds and implements programs and market initiatives for their region that can be implemented throughout the network and will affect the long-term growth of the organizationLead, develop and motivate TSM(s) in order to achieve corporate KPI's across brandsCoach TSM(s) in their selling techniques and territory managementCommunicate sales plans, sales targets, and track the execution of team objectivesManage team territory coverage planLead weekly team sales meetings, as well as plan and lead regional meetingsWork as a key point of contact between bottler sales operations and internal KDP field sales team for execution prioritiesProvide regular communication with sales director on team results, employee relations, and competitive activity in the marketResponsible for the management of regional budgets & monthly/annual forecastingHR accountability for performance reviews, recruitment and training.Collaborate internally with key stakeholders to improve processes, route to market strategy and elevate business acumen Total Rewards:Salary range $96,800 - $140,000Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factorsBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility Requirements:Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (10+ years with bachelor's or 7+ years with master's)Strong communication skillsSales Team LeadershipAbility to travel 50% of the timeExperience with non-alcoholic beverage industry preferredAbility to manage and analyze sales data; trade/business analyticsAbility to work in extremely fast-paced and evolving hyper-growth environmentExperience working successfully within the constraints of a growing businessProficiency with Microsoft Office, Syndicated Data Company Overview:Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
