Product Manager

Job Description: Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr The Product Manager will define product strategy, gather customer insights, prioritize the roadmap, and collaborate across teams to drive successful product delivery. This role manages the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensures alignment with business goals, and continuously optimizes product performance based on data and user feedback. Responsibilities: Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to identify opportunities Define product success metrics and track performance. Gather and analyze customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and usage data. Identify customer pain points and translate them into product requirements. Validate ideas through prototypes, experiments, and research. Manage and prioritize the product backlog. Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams. Lead product planning, sprint planning, and release activities. Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders. Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure product quality. Coordinate user testing, product launches, and go-to-market activities. Analyze product performance data to identify improvements. Make data-driven decisions to optimize features. Iterate on the product based on feedback and metrics. Skills: Strategic thinking. Customer empathy. Data-driven decision making. Effective communication. Cross-functional leadership. Execution and accountability. Experience: 3 7 years of product management or related experience. Experience working with engineering and design teams. Strong understanding of product development processes (Agile/Scrum preferred). Experience using product analytics tools. Qualification And Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Should Have: Experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or platform products. Technical background or familiarity with software development. Experience with user research and experimentation. Knowledge of data visualization, metrics, and KPIs.
