Your Responsibilities Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the compliance product and engineering team, ensuring alignment with business goals. Understand the regulatory landscape to prioritize initiatives and align internal stakeholders, minimizing business risk. Collaborate with engineering, legal, and other cross-functional partners to develop new features/specs and drive execution. Partner with internal business, go-to-market, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches with minimal disruption. Define metrics and evaluate product adoption, maturity, and execution within this space. Required Skills and Experience 8+ years of Product Management experience, including leading 0-to-1 product development. Proven experience in setting and achieving ambitious product visions, building strategic and impactful roadmaps, and owning top-line business metrics. Experience shipping B2C, consumer, or compliance products with measurable impact on both business performance and user experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to dive into the details. SQL proficiency is a strong asset. Demonstrated leadership in setting team goals and defining success metrics. Skilled in writing clear and detailed product strategy and execution documents. Experience with backend-driven systems integrated into frontend user experiences. Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared goal.
