Job Summary and Qualifications We are currently recruiting for a Food & Nutrition Services Supervisor to join our team As the Food & Nutrition Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising diet office and patient food service personnel. We are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now What you will do in this role: * You will be responsible for supervising all patient food service activities, including patient tray line, diet office, floor stock, and reprocessing operations. * You will maintain and improve standards of food service. * You will assist in maintaining and improving patient food service procedures. * You will ensure that department areas, equipment and machinery are set-up to work at appropriate levels. * You will evaluate patient menu selections and makes adjustments with diet order guidelines and patient preferences. * You will inspect trays for 100% accuracy on tray line. What Qualifications you will need: * Vocational or Technical education required. * Previous supervisory Food Service experience, preferably 2 years food service experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility. * Food safety knowledge required. * Florida Food Handlers Card required. * Computer skills necessary. * Excellent customer service skills required. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to mule-task, especially during peak times.
