If so, we'd love to meet youWe're looking for an innovative Regional Marketing Specialist to develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns that engage key audiences and generate demand. In this role, you'll bring a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay ahead of market trends, and help shape the future of our regional marketing initiatives.If you enjoy working in a dynamic, international team, this could be the perfect opportunity for youWhat You'll DoConduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in key U.S. markets.Develop a regional annual marketing plan with clear quarterly goals that translate strategic objectives into impactful campaigns.Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, crafting compelling copy and working closely with specialists to ensure consistency and engagement.Create detailed project proposals, campaign briefs, and post-campaign reports to measure success and drive continuous improvement.Partner with sales teams to develop and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program tailored to key prospects.Build strong relationships with sales and cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing strategies align with business objectives.Optimize audience segmentation using data insights to target key personas effectively.Manage direct mail campaigns for regional events and local holidays while maintaining an updated event calendar.Attend, support, and measure the success of trade shows, conferences, and industry events.What You Bring3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally as a Regional Marketing Specialist or similar role.Strong understanding of demand generation, marketing best practices, and omnichannel campaign execution.Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, with an analytical mindset to measure and optimize performance.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with a results-driven approach.A proactive, independent work style with the ability to manage multiple projects while focusing on high-priority objectives.A curious mindset with a passion for learning about new markets and solving marketing challenges creatively.Adaptability and innovation, always bringing fresh ideas and adjusting strategies as needed for greater impact.This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, collaborative team.
