If so, we'd love to meet youWe're looking for an energetic Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns that engage our target audience, drive demand, and support our sales teams. You'll conduct market research, create compelling content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with business objectives. If you're adaptable, analytical, and love bringing fresh ideas to the table, this could be the perfect opportunity for youWhat You'll Do:Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in key U.S. markets.Develop a regional marketing strategy with clear quarterly goals, translating high-level objectives into actionable campaigns.Create and execute omnichannel campaigns, writing compelling copy and working with channel specialists to ensure messaging consistency.Craft project proposals, campaign briefs, and post-campaign reports to evaluate success and guide continuous improvement.Partner with sales and other teams to execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program that effectively reaches prospective clients.Build strong relationships with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with their needs and objectives.Segment and manage audience lists using database insights to optimize targeting.Plan and coordinate direct mail campaigns and maintain the regional event calendar.Support and evaluate the success of trade shows, conferences, and industry events.What You Bring to the Team:3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and regional marketing.Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, with a data-driven mindset.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.A proactive and independent approach, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.A curious, problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning and refining marketing strategies.Adaptability and creativity, with a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches to engage target audiences.Our Hiring Process:We believe every candidate deserves a fair and thoughtful hiring experience.
