Finance Manager

If so, we're looking for a Finance Manager & Bookkeeper to join our team In this role, you'll play a key part in managing financial strategy while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations. Your expertise will help ensure financial health, compliance with industry regulations, and continued growth in a highly regulated sector. ### What You'll Do: - Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements. - Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial performance analysis. - Oversee Accounts Receivable (A/R), including invoicing, collections, and customer account management. - Handle Accounts Payable (A/P), including processing vendor invoices, scheduling payments, and performing reconciliations. - Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile transactions, and manage the general ledger. - Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses. - Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, GMP) in all financial activities. - Work closely with internal teams, such as R&D and quality assurance, to manage compliance-related budgets. - Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory financial documentation. ### What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred). - Experience in financial management, bookkeeping, A/R, and A/P, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO standards, and GMP. - Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP, plus advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. ### Why You'll Love Working Here: - Join a dynamic and innovative team making a real impact in healthcare. - Contribute to meaningful work that improves patient outcomes. - Enjoy professional growth opportunities and career development support. - Receive a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
