Job Description: The Contractor, Medical Education & Grants is responsible for overseeing processes and systems essential to the compliant and efficient execution of and Global Medical Education plans. This role supports the delivery of impactful independent medical education programs for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, organizational strategy, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end grants process, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and applicable guidelines (, PhRMA, OIG, AMA, ACCME, Sunshine Act). Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of and Global Medical Education strategies. Oversee the grants management system, including creation, tracking, and reporting of program timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Finance) to align medical education initiatives with company objectives. Provide leadership and direction to external vendors, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards. Present updates, progress, and recommendations to leadership and internal teams with clarity and authority. Drive continuous improvement of medical education processes, identifying efficiencies and solutions to challenges. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving medical education and regulatory landscape to ensure best practices are integrated. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field preferred. Minimum – years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, including at least years in Medical Education Grants management. Expert knowledge of medical, regulatory, and compliance guidelines (FDA, PhRMA, OIG, AMA, ACCME, Sunshine Act, etc.). Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect multiple components of medical education strategy. Proven leadership presence with excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to build effective internal and external partnerships. Experience with grants management systems and vendor oversight. Strong project management skills, including budget oversight and timeline management. Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and business needs. Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes.
