This leader will develop and execute a strategic ABX approach, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create seamless, impactful account experiences. The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for data-driven engagement.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize ABX programs, ensuring alignment with broader commercial, demand generation, and marketing strategies.Develop targeted, account-based campaigns to engage decision-makers and influencers within the healthcare and benefits ecosystem.Leverage data insights to segment and prioritize target accounts, tailoring messaging for maximum impact.Serve as a key bridge between marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams, fostering alignment to achieve revenue goals.Partner with sales leadership to identify target accounts and track progress throughout the sales pipeline.Collaborate with the demand generation team to integrate ABX campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.Present strategies, insights, and results to C-suite and senior leadership with clarity and confidence.Work closely with product marketing, content marketing, and design teams to develop customized assets for each stage of the customer journey.Implement and manage ABX tools in partnership with marketing and sales operations teams.Qualifications8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years leading ABM/ABX programs in a high-growth B2B environment, preferably within the benefits ecosystem.Proven success in designing and executing ABX strategies for Fortune 500 companies.Deep understanding of account segmentation, messaging personalization, and multi-channel engagement.Strong foundational knowledge of demand generation tactics, including digital marketing, events, and SDR integration.Proficiency with ABM/ABX platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar tools.Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).What Makes a Strong Candidate?A sense of urgency to drive ABX initiatives, ensuring timely campaign execution and responsiveness to sales opportunities.A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to ensure seamless implementation and impact.The ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams.A passion for exploring new tools, techniques, and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.The ability to navigate challenges, pivot strategies when needed, and maintain focus on high-impact outcomes in a dynamic environment.BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort & Long-Term DisabilityLife Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Parental LeaveWe are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
