About the Role: Director of Account-Based Experiences (ABX)/MarketingAre you ready to make a significant impact? If you're a visionary with a knack for operational excellence and a passion for creating data-driven, meaningful interactions, we'd love to meet youLocation: Remote | USAWhat You'll Do:Lead the design, execution, and optimization of account-based experience (ABX) programs, ensuring they align with our broader commercial, demand generation, and marketing strategies.Develop tailored campaigns to engage decision-makers and influencers across the healthcare and benefits ecosystem.Leverage data-driven insights to segment and prioritize target accounts, customizing outreach and messaging for maximum engagement.Act as the main liaison between marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to drive alignment and achieve revenue goals.Partner with sales leadership to identify target accounts and track progress throughout the sales pipeline.Collaborate with the demand generation team to ensure seamless integration of ABX campaigns with broader marketing efforts.Present strategies, results, and insights to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.Work closely with product marketing, content marketing, and design teams to tailor assets for each target and phase of the customer journey.Manage day-to-day operations of the ABX tool in partnership with marketing and sales operations.What You'll Bring:8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years leading ABM/ABX programs in a high-growth B2B environment, ideally within the benefits or healthcare sector.Proven track record in designing and executing ABX strategies for large, enterprise-level accounts (e.g., Fortune 500).Deep understanding of account segmentation, messaging personalization, and multi-channel engagement.Familiarity with demand generation tactics, including digital marketing, events, and sales development representative (SDR) integration.Proficiency with ABM/ABX platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar tools.Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).Strong Candidates Will:Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in driving ABX initiatives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and opportunities in the pipeline are responded to promptly.Have a clear, strategic vision for ABX while remaining hands-on in executing and ensuring its successful implementation.Build strong, collaborative relationships across marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to drive alignment and shared success.Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and strategies to elevate ABX programs and stay ahead of industry trends.Navigate challenges with ease, adapt strategies as needed, and stay focused on delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort & Long-Term DisabilityLife Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
