This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about social media and digital marketing, eager to support and manage exciting campaigns across multiple client accounts. You'll work closely with a talented team of professionals, gaining hands-on experience and growing in the field of social media marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing, executing, and tracking social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.Partner with account managers and creative teams to align social media strategies with client objectives and brand messaging.Manage daily content scheduling, posting, and community engagement across client accounts.Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and social media best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.Help create and curate compelling content—including images, videos, and copy—that resonates with target audiences.Use analytics tools to monitor and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.Support influencer outreach programs, identifying potential partners and tracking campaign performance.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals.Qualifications1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a creative or digital agency environment.A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.Basic familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, self-starter attitude.Bonus QualificationsExperience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.The PerksCompetitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and vacation days.401(k) plan, Work Out Wednesdays, and flexible working arrangements (e.g., remote work).Summer Fridays for a balanced work-life experience.Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 95,000.00 Per Year
