We are looking for a Finance Project Manager to join an innovative and collaborative team at a leading healthcare organization. In this role, you'll contribute to connecting teams across the globe, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration through various meeting, messaging, and contact center platforms. As the Finance Project Manager, you will oversee portfolio management within Collaboration Technology Services, driving financial and project delivery success, long-term planning, and budget development. This role requires strong adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:- Gain a deep understanding of data stored in various project management systems, including CA PPM.- Analyze delivery and financial metrics to optimize the capacity utilization of resources and teams.- Develop and manage financial reports, providing insights on budget progress and offering actionable recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational needs and financial goals. Work closely with procurement to negotiate and contract with strategic suppliers.- Partner with Finance to validate the financial health of vendor engagements, including projections, invoicing, and change requests.- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, offering guidance on best practices and standard processes.- Actively support the annual budget process, from development to monitoring and reporting.- Identify cost allocation opportunities within the service catalog and create chargeback models to ensure proper financial management.- Work with the Business Management team to ensure transparency in financial, project, and contractual activities.- Develop business cases, including financial planning, ROI models, executive summaries, and presentations to support purchases and initiatives.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.- A solid understanding of financial management and reporting.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or finance roles.Job Details:- Type: Full-time, Contract- Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift, Day shift- Location: Hybrid remote (Minneapolis, MN 55439)Benefits:- Health insurance- Dental insurance- Vision insuranceWe value diversity and are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
