Our technologies play a critical role in missions that range from lunar landings and resource utilization to national defense, human exploration, and commercial space transport.We are seeking bold and driven individuals who thrive in a hands-on, fast-moving environment and want to help write the next chapter of space history as part of a close-knit, innovative team.Responsibilities:Support project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking across assigned programsMaintain accurate project financial data in Deltek Costpoint, ensuring alignment with contract structure and requirementsPrepare program financial reports including actuals vs budget, EACs/ETCs, burn rate analysis, and monthly program summariesPartner with Program Managers to monitor performance, identify financial risks, and recommend corrective actionsSupport revenue recognition, indirect rate application, and monthly financial close activitiesReview labor, materials, subcontractor, and ODC charges for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal controlsPrepare financial inputs for proposals, RFPs, ROMs, and contract modificationsCoordinate with Accounting and Contracts to support billing, funding actions, and contract changesDevelop and maintain standardized financial dashboards and reporting toolsSupport internal and external audits including DCAA and DCMAAssist with project setup, closeout, and ongoing cost control complianceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldThree or more years of experience in project finance, program control, or government contracting financial analysisHands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint (project setup, cost tracking, reporting)Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government cost accounting principlesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendationsAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modelingAbility to collaborate effectively across technical, business, and leadership teamsStrong attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting aerospace, defense, R&D, or engineering programsFamiliarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and tools such as CobraExperience with WAWF/iRAPT or government invoicing platformsPricing or proposal costing experienceActive or prior security clearanceWork Location: Remote - U.S.-based candidates only.
