Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to support their team on contract basis (3+ months, with potential to extend longer). This tole requires a hybrid schedule (T/W/Th onsite) in their Bloomington, MN office. Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans for financial initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Budget Management : Create and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial targets are met. Financial Reporting : Monitor project financial performance and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and potential risks. Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations, to ensure successful project implementation and process improvements. Risk Management : Identify financial risks associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field 8-10+ years of financial project management experience, PMP certification preferred Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance operational processes and technologies excellent communication and presentation skills
