Performance MarketerLocation: Madison, WI (Remote options available)Are you a digital marketing expert with a passion for driving results? We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to join our team In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition and optimizing paid digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords and social media channels like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making will be crucial in shaping impactful marketing strategies and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:Drive customer acquisition by managing paid search and social campaigns across various digital media channels.Support the setup and optimization of performance marketing campaigns, including daily execution and strategic adjustments.Collaborate with creative teams to establish organic social media best practices and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs).Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance media strategies, including growth through display media, social community engagement, retention strategies (like abandoned cart), and brand launches.Help improve the customer experience and drive measurable results across campaigns.Skills & Qualifications:Expertise in paid digital media (Google AdWords) and paid social media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).Strong analytical skills with a passion for leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.Proven experience in paid search and social media management, including iterative marketing and direct response ad strategies.Experience managing campaigns through platforms such as Google AdWords and Meta Ads Manager.Familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting, Tableau, or Supermetrics is a plus, but not required.2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years managing paid search programs.A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field.Google AdWords Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are highly preferred.Why Join Us?Join a dynamic and agile team passionate about making an impact.Work with cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to help brands achieve their goals.Opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Flexible remote work options available.If you're ready to take your performance marketing expertise to the next level, we encourage you to apply todayEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 21,000.00 189,000.00 Per Year
