Job Description Summary This role will spearhead and optimize Consumer Financial Services paid media campaigns across the funnel to achieve growth for brand and performance objectives. The manager will collaborate cross‑functionally with product marketing, analytics, brand, legal, martech, and media agency teams to deliver data‑driven, innovative campaigns that drive demand and revenue. Essential Responsibilities Develop and implement customer‑focused omnichannel campaigns. Leverage data and technology to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with organizational goals. Identify growth opportunities by analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources. Track, measure, and report program performance, optimizing for efficiency and scalability. Lead A/B testing and iterative optimization of campaigns and marketing programs. Optimize team structure and processes to foster a culture of high performance and innovation. Additional Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications Strategize, manage, execute, and report on paid media across the funnel. Own paid media agency strategic planning and road‑mapping. Collaborate closely with product marketing teams for on‑time media delivery and quality execution. Apply a data‑driven approach to campaign optimizations. Manage financial services media workstreams across global markets (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, AU, CA, MX). Partner with privacy, risk, legal, and compliance to source external media opportunities. Own paid media customer journey through landing‑page and app‑store testing. Champion operational efficiencies across media workflows. Guide publisher partner relationships and drive media learning agendas. Partner with analytics to build and evolve paid media incrementality stories. Coordinate with CRM/ASO/Web to ensure cohesive strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and new opportunities. Partner with Martech, Media Enablement, and Media Ops to strengthen measurement and platform signals. Expected Qualifications 5+ years relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in digital marketing across the funnel. In‑depth knowledge of paid media channels. Experience managing linear TV, OOH, and other traditional paid media programs alongside performance marketing. Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset. Proven ability to develop and implement effective paid media strategies aligned with business objectives. Experience with financial services brands and/or Buy Now, Pay Later products is a plus. Experience managing an agency team. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Self‑starter who can deliver results autonomously. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and ad platforms. High proficiency in stakeholder management across multiple products and markets; global experience is a plus. Understanding of the financial services, fintech, and payments ecosystem is a plus. Business‑case construction and presentation experience. Bachelor’s Degree required.
